Introducing the PixelHaze Squarespace Templates
We’re ecstatic to announce that we’re releasing our own range of Squarespace templates.
We’re very passionate about web design, having created 300+ Squarespace websites for clients across many different industries; that means our Squarespace templates are products of our experience.
All of our templates feature custom code from our plugin library to truly make each of our templates unique.
We plan on adding many more to our roster in the future, but for now, here’s a list of our current templates and what inspired them:
Pharmex
The Pharmex Squarespace template was created off the back of a handful of briefs for medicinal companies and their ilk.
The aim of this template is to reflect the clean and polished characteristics of a medicinal company and imbue it with the striking visuals offered by Squarespace.
The key feature of this template are the three opening images, which overlap two sections on the homepage; each of which have their own overlapping icon.
This works to create a very unique and personalised site, which pushes it far outside of the Squarespace norm.
We can offer generic icons for this section.
This template is the perfect fit for those websites that want a sleek, yet individualised site, that want to substitute high resolution images for sleek illustrations.
Cabin
The Cabin Squarespace template came from a near constant demand for visually-driven websites.
Squarespace is an enticing platform for creatives, as it has a focus on the creative community. A lot of creatives will use Squarespace for their portfolios and a lot of designers will use Squarespace as the foundation for their business.
So it’s no surprise that we eventually developed a Squarespace template to merge key traits we were seeing across our creative clientele.
As we like to push our designs outside of the Squarespace box, we realised that Squarespace doesn’t offer a transparent navigation bar on a gallery section; this is what sets Cabin apart from other creative templates.
Cabin is a good fit for websites that need a heavy emphasis on imagery, as opposed to lots of text.
Legal Eagle
The Legal Eagle Squarespace template was born out of necessity.
After the Squarespace 7.1 update, we quickly realised that a site’s overall width could no longer be fixed; that the current fixed-width was reserved for the site’s content only.
This meant for our more corporate clients, who’s straight and clear-cut ethos needed to be reflected in their website were left in the lurch.
However, it didn’t take us long to create a template that could fill in the gaps, and thus the “Legal Eagle“ Squarespace template was born.
This template is a good fit for Squarespace sites that need a corporate, straight and clear-cut design; it is also a good fit for site’s that have low-resolution imagery due to the templates fixed-width.
Logistiq
The Logistiq Squarespace template was the answer to a tricky question - how do you create a good looking website with no photos?
I mentioned before that Squarespace does a stellar job of producing websites for creatives due to the platforms emphasis on big banner photos; Logistiq proves that Squarespace can handle the polar opposite as well.
This template is an alternative corporate design that substitutes the regular emphasised photography for subtle illustrations.
Playground
The Playground Squarespace template was inspired by a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Playground sits close to home with us as, despite being a web design agency who’s work is entirely based around computers, we try to keep healthy and active outside (and sometimes inside) of office hours.
We’ve designed websites for some very inspirational health and wellbeing instructors, and we wanted to create a template as a nod to the lifestyle they promote.
Playground is a template for those who want to imbue their website with energy and passion.
